Meet the Founder
25 years as an independent software engineer working with enterprise-level DACH clients across Germany, Spain, Cyprus, and Dubai. Over time, Lars started hiring Indian tech professionals for his own projects — and quickly realised the gap in the market: great Indian engineers with real DACH experience, but no structured bridge to connect them with European companies.
The personal connection runs deeper than business. Lars's wife is Indian — and through their time together, she built her own company in Bangalore: a professional outfit with a dedicated office, managing hiring, employment contracts, compliance, and payroll end-to-end. Her company is the Bangalore delivery arm behind JoinNow. It's a family business — and that means every client and every candidate gets the kind of care you only get when founders have real skin in the game.
JoinNow operates as a staff augmentation and outsourcing provider — not a freelancer marketplace. Talent is primarily employed through the Bangalore partner, giving clients a single, compliant engagement with no cross-border employment headaches. Because of Lars's decades in DACH enterprise, German, Austrian, and Swiss clients are the primary focus — but the model works globally.
