What We Look For

- Strong Python and SQL skills for data processing and pipeline development
- Experience with Spark, Databricks, or similar distributed processing frameworks
- Cloud data services experience (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, BigQuery, or similar)
- Data modelling skills — dimensional modelling, star/snowflake schemas, data vault
- Pipeline orchestration experience with Airflow, Prefect, or similar tools
- Bonus: understanding of DACH data privacy requirements and GDPR compliance
