- Power BI proficiency — DAX, semantic models, report design, and performance optimisation

- SQL and Python skills for data transformation and notebook-based development
- Data modelling experience and understanding of lakehouse and medallion architectures
- Bonus: experience working with DACH enterprise clients or in data governance roles
