What You'll Work On

ECC to S/4HANA Migrations
Lead or support full lifecycle migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA — assessment, planning, execution, and go-live.
System Conversions
Execute in-place system conversions using SAP tools, managing technical upgrades and functional adjustments in parallel.
Data Migration
Plan and execute data migration using LTMC, BODS, and custom tools — ensuring data quality, mapping, and validation.
Migration Approaches
Evaluate and implement brownfield, greenfield, and bluefield (selective data transition) approaches based on client needs.
Cutover Planning
Design and manage cutover plans — sequencing activities, managing downtime windows, and coordinating across teams.
Testing & Validation
Define and execute test strategies — functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and data validation.
What We Look For
The experience and skills that make a great fit for our SAP migration engagements.
- End-to-end SAP migration experience (ECC to S/4HANA preferred)
- Knowledge of data migration tools — LTMC, BODS, or equivalent
- Understanding of migration methodology and project lifecycle
- Project experience in DACH enterprises
- Functional and technical breadth across SAP modules
- Strong English communication for direct client collaboration
