- A strong portfolio showcasing enterprise or B2B product design work
- Figma proficiency — components, auto layout, variables, and prototyping
- Design system experience — building, maintaining, or contributing to component libraries
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- User research methods — interviews, usability testing, journey mapping
- Bonus: experience working with DACH clients or European enterprise products
